Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 12-405 regarding change of venue by consent in superior court proceedings.

Changes the language from "a superior court in any county may, upon written consent" to "the superior court in any county on written consent" to correct grammatical construction.

Replaces "of another county" with "in another county" for consistency in legal terminology.

Allows superior courts to transfer actions for trial to another county's superior court when all parties or their attorneys provide written consent filed in the action.
