Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 14-5107 to correct the grammar in the provision regarding military member power of attorney.

Changes "have" to "has" when referring to the singular power a parent or guardian possesses regarding care, custody or property of a minor child or ward.

Allows a military member who is a parent or guardian to delegate powers for up to one year, except the power to consent to marriage or adoption of the minor.

Defines "military member" as an active duty member of the army, navy, air force or marines, or a reserve or national guard member performing official duties under federal law.
