Repeals section 41-3016.33 of Arizona Revised Statutes and adds new termination provisions for the office of tourism.

Sets July 1, 2022 as the termination date for the office of tourism, with Title 41, chapter 19 to be repealed on January 1, 2023.

Continues the office of tourism to promote and develop tourism business, create advertising and promotional campaigns about Arizona's recreational, scenic, and historical attractions, and disseminate information through state, national, and international media.

Makes sections 1 and 2 of the act effective retroactively to July 1, 2016.
