Corrects references to "decision making" to "decision-making" (hyphenated) for consistency in the definition of "client."

Fixes a reference in the definition of "incompetent as a behavior analyst" from "article 4 of this chapter" to "this article" for accuracy.

Makes minor grammatical and stylistic corrections throughout the definitions section.
