Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 15-1802 to add a new subsection allowing persons granted refugee status by the U.S. government to qualify for in-state tuition classification.

Eliminates the one-year domicile requirement for students with refugee status, allowing them to immediately qualify for in-state tuition if they currently reside in Arizona.

Requires refugees to provide documentation of their refugee status granted by the U.S. government to be eligible for in-state student classification.

Makes clarifying technical corrections to existing in-state tuition provisions, including changes to language regarding parent domicile, spousal domicile requirements, and military educational assistance references.
