Amends Section 30-202 of Arizona Revised Statutes relating to the Arizona Power Authority's handling of appropriated and operational funds.

Corrects statutory reference language in subsection B by reorganizing citation to "title 35, chapter 1" to clarify applicability of fiscal law provisions to the authority's appropriated funds.

Maintains that appropriated funds must be placed in separate funds as budgeted rather than in the general fund, with warrant limitations, quarterly allotments, and lapsing provisions declared inapplicable.

Preserves authority provisions ensuring monies in the debt reserve fund are used only for specified purposes including payment of principal and interest on revenue bonds and other required obligations.

Clarifies that general fiscal law provisions shall not require reversion of any monies, balances, or biennium appropriations made to the authority to the general fund.
