Repeals section 41-3016.19, Arizona Revised Statutes, which previously set a termination date for the Arizona state retirement system board and director.

Continues the Arizona state retirement system board and director through July 1, 2024, to manage and invest employee and employer contributions and distribute retirement and long-term disability benefits.

Repeals Title 38, chapter 5, articles 2 and 2.1 effective January 1, 2025.

Sections 1 and 2 of the act are effective retroactively to July 1, 2016.
