Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 37-311 to make a technical correction to the definition of "existing lessee" in the context of state trust lands suitable for conservation.

Changes the language in the definition from "An existing lessee" to "A lessee" who continues to lease trust lands after classification as trust lands suitable for conservation purposes.

Maintains definitions for "conservation" (protection of natural assets for long-term benefit), "open space" (land free of uses that jeopardize conservation values), and "trust land" (land owned or held in trust by the state).

Applies to state trust lands classified for conservation purposes, including protection of scenic beauty, wildlife, archaeology, and multiple use values.
