Removes mandatory ignition interlock device requirement for DUI convictions involving only drugs (not intoxicating liquor), allowing courts to order installation at their discretion instead.

Allows courts to order ignition interlock devices for drug-related DUI violations and requires the Department of Motor Vehicles to enforce such court orders.

Eliminates the mandatory revocation of driving licenses for convictions under Arizona Revised Statutes § 28-1381(A)(3) involving drugs without intoxicating liquor.

Renumbers and reorganizes mandatory license revocation provisions in § 28-3304 to consolidate DUI-related offenses and clarify that drug-only violations do not trigger automatic revocation.
