Mandates law enforcement agencies retract any information about the wrongful arrest that was disseminated or reported to other persons or entities.

Requires law enforcement to notify the person whose arrest record was sealed, including a statement that they were wrongfully arrested and may deny the arrest ever occurred.

Allows persons with sealed wrongful arrest records to deny the arrest occurred in all circumstances, including job applications, firearm purchases, concealed weapons permit applications, school employment, and public office candidacy.
