Authorizes state agencies and political subdivisions to designate and mark parking spaces exclusively for motor vehicles displaying purple heart special plates.

Requires specially designated parking spaces to be outlined with paint and posted with permanent signs reading "reserved parking" located 3-6 feet above ground level in department-approved colors and design.

Prohibits parking in designated purple heart spaces unless the vehicle displays a purple heart special plate issued under Arizona Revised Statutes section 28-2474.

Permits drivers chauffering purple heart medal recipients in vehicles without purple heart plates to park momentarily in designated spaces for loading or unloading purposes without penalty.
