Appropriates $1,000,000 annually from the state general fund to the Department of Education for a statewide information technology education and certification program in school districts and charter schools serving kindergarten through grade 12.

Requires the Department of Education to contract with at least one vendor to provide software licenses, courses, certification examinations, curricula and materials that prepare students for IT industry certification.

Mandates annual reports to the Governor, Speaker of the House, President of the Senate and Secretary of State beginning October 15, 2017, containing information on contracts awarded, participating schools, and program performance data.

Terminates the program on July 1, 2026 pursuant to Arizona Revised Statutes section 41-3102.
