Amends section 38-854 of the Arizona Revised Statutes regarding the Public Safety Personnel Retirement System.

Makes a technical correction changing "per cent" to "percent" in subsection B(1) describing pension eligibility for state highway patrol employees.

Maintains employee rights to retain benefits under prior retirement systems for those covered on June 30, 1968, and allows employees to elect between the current system or prior system benefits.

Specifies that state highway patrol employees who became members on July 1, 1968, receive pension benefits in an actuarial equivalent form not less than benefits under the preexisting system.
