Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 38-814 regarding the Elected Officials' Retirement Plan (EORP) termination procedures.

Changes gender-specific language from "his" to "the elected official's or nonretired former elected official's" in provisions describing return of accumulated contributions upon plan termination.

Replaces archaic term "per cent" with "percent" in the provision stating that accrued benefits become 100 percent nonforfeitable upon plan termination to the extent funded.

Adds clarifying phrase "of this section" when referencing subsections to improve statutory cross-references and readability.
