Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 11-251.17 regarding the use of county seals.

Requires persons to obtain approval from the board of supervisors before using, displaying, or employing any facsimile, copy, likeness, imitation, or resemblance of a county seal.

Prohibits any person other than a county department from using the county seal for advertising, promoting merchandise sales, or promoting commercial purposes.

Removes the requirement for boards of supervisors to issue cease and desist orders and instead makes knowing violation of seal use restrictions a class 3 misdemeanor.

Requires counties that maintain websites to display the adopted seal and the text of the approval requirements on their website.
