Extends charter school compliance auditing requirements related to Arizona structured English immersion fund and statewide compensatory instruction fund monies under title 15, chapter 7, article 3.1.

Grants the auditor general authority to attend executive sessions of charter schools' governing bodies for audit purposes, matching existing authority for school districts.

Authorizes the auditor general to review charter schools' progress on implementing audit findings and recommendations every six months for two years, with the same procedures applicable to school districts.
