Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 8-509 regarding the licensing of foster homes.

Removes the requirement that foster parents immunize their natural or adoptive children as a condition of obtaining or maintaining a foster home license.

Changes language in subsection H from "does not" to "may not" to clarify that the division cannot prohibit licensed foster home operators from receiving compensation due to employment with the state.

Allows licensees to modify their license renewal dates by submitting an application to the division, with the new renewal date occurring before but not more than six months earlier than the existing renewal date.
