AZ SB1309

Adds section 40-211 to Arizona Revised Statutes, allowing the Arizona Corporation Commission to accept electronic documents from public service corporations.

Permits the commission to receive any documents that public service corporations are required to submit under chapter 40, adopted rules, or commission orders in electronic form.

Overrides any conflicting law by stating the authorization applies "notwithstanding any other law."

Became effective May 12, 2016 upon gubernatorial approval and filing with the Secretary of State.
