Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 15-504 to prohibit school district employment contracts from including compensated days for professional association activities.

Clarifies that professional association activities exclusion does not apply to field trips for students, meetings between employees and school district representatives on matters of mutual concern, or professional development training that benefits the school district and its employees.

Preserves individual employees' right to take compensated leave time for personal purposes, professional purposes, or any other lawful purpose.
