Amends Arizona law to require medication abortions be administered only in compliance with the Mifeprex final printing label protocol approved by the FDA and in effect as of December 31, 2015.

Requires abortion clinics to conduct ultrasound evaluations for all patients and maintain original ultrasound prints in patient medical records.

Mandates that for medication abortions, a postabortion medical visit be scheduled between one and three weeks after the initial dose to confirm complete pregnancy termination and assess bleeding.

Requires a licensed health professional to make good faith efforts to contact patients by telephone within twenty-four hours after surgical abortion to assess recovery.

Exempts the Department of Health Services from standard rulemaking requirements for one year to implement the rule changes required by this act.
