Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 41-1231 to modify the definition of "gift" by changing the threshold for food or beverage expenditures from a reportable gift to an exempt gift.

Establishes that food or beverages costing no more than $50 in a calendar year are not considered gifts and are exempt from reporting requirements under the lobbyist regulation chapter.

Applies the $50 annual limit specifically to food or beverage expenditures that are properly reported or exempt from reporting under the chapter.

Makes no changes to other gift definitions or exemptions related to speaking engagements, travel, lodging, flowers, or other categories of gifts.
