Extends the duration of civil judgment liens obtained by the state to remain in effect until satisfied or lifted, instead of expiring after five years like regular judgment liens.

Extends the duration of judgment liens for support (as defined in section 25-500) to remain in effect until satisfied or lifted, rather than expiring after five years.

Exempts civil judgments obtained by the state from the requirement to include the judgment debtor's social security number in the separate information statement attached to recorded judgments.

Clarifies that the priority date of a judgment recorded on or after January 1, 1997 is determined by compliance with information statement requirements, and amending a recorded judgment does not change the time computation for lien duration.
