AZ SB1360

Amends Arizona law to allow counties to conduct mail ballot elections for all elections administered by that county, including federal, state, and local elections.

Requires county board of supervisors approval by vote before a countywide mail ballot election may be conducted.

Requires counties, cities, towns, or school districts conducting mail ballot elections to report annually to the legislature by January 1 following the election.

Mandates reports include voter turnout changes, cost comparisons to traditional elections, program improvement suggestions, mail ballot irregularity frequency and severity, voter satisfaction data, and number of nondeliverable ballots.
