Modifies home inspector certification requirements in section 32-122.02 to require financial assurance (errors and omissions insurance, bond, or board-approved mechanism) within 60 days of certification and before performing fee-based inspections.

Updates section 32-127 to clarify renewal procedures for canceled registrations, allowing persons with invalid registrations for less than five years (or five or more years with recent practice in another jurisdiction) to reapply without retaking the professional examination.

Makes technical corrections to language throughout the chapter, including updating terminology from "as built plans" to "record documents" and standardizing grammatical constructions.
