Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 36-425.01 regarding licensure of home health agencies by the Department of Health Services.

Clarifies that home health agencies certified by Medicare and licensed by the state for at least one year must meet all department licensure requirements to receive a license in lieu of a state licensure survey.

Allows the department to issue licenses with a maximum period not exceeding two years and retains full authority to ensure licensure requirements are maintained.

Defines "home health agency" as having the same meaning prescribed in section 36-151 of Arizona Revised Statutes.
