Establishes that any executive order limiting Second Amendment rights and inconsistent with the U.S. Constitution or Arizona Constitution is unlawful and not recognized in Arizona.

Prohibits any person, agency, or political subdivision of the state from knowingly enforcing, administering, or cooperating with such unlawful executive orders or actions.

Grants Arizona residents standing to sue in any court of record to challenge violations of this statute, including through mandamus actions.

Requires courts to prioritize cases brought under this section over other pending civil actions or proceedings.
