Amends Arizona law to remove language stating that electronic record retention requirements do not apply to information whose sole purpose is enabling records to be sent, communicated, or received.

Clarifies that a person may satisfy electronic record retention requirements by using another person's services to maintain those records.

Changes the effective date reference in electronic record retention law from "the effective date of this chapter" to "July 18, 2000."

Adds a new definition that "law" includes a governmental agency's policy for purposes of electronic record retention requirements.

Updates cross-references in the governmental agency section from "subsection E" to "subsection D" to reflect the restructured statute.
