Appropriates $6,325,500 to the State Department of Corrections for fiscal year 2016-17, including $5,660,400 for a northern region community corrections center and $665,100 for substance abuse treatment services.

Appropriates $250,000 to the Arizona Judiciary for fiscal year 2016-17 for a drug treatment as an alternative to prison program in superior court.

All appropriations are funded from the state general fund and are subject to applicable laws.

Prohibits use of alternative funding sources if the specified sources become unavailable.
