Adds schools (public and private) and postsecondary educational institutions to the exemption for commercially prepackaged food that is not potentially hazardous and whole fruits and vegetables washed and cut on-site for immediate consumption.

Modifies existing food service regulations under Arizona Revised Statutes section 36-136 to clarify that schools can offer commercially prepackaged food without full food safety licensing requirements.

Exemption applies to child care facilities, public or private school facilities, and public or private postsecondary educational institutions offering limited categories of food.

Updates language throughout statute replacing "assure" with "ensure" for consistency.
