Expands conflict of interest disclosures for board members to include employers, employees, and relatives (parents, grandparents, spouses, children, siblings) of board members in decisions for compensation.

Prohibits board members with conflicts of interest from participating in deliberations or voting on the matter, replacing the previous language allowing them to vote after disclosure.

Applies conflict of interest rules to both condominium associations (section 33-1243) and planned communities (section 33-1811).

Voids and makes unenforceable any contracts entered into in violation of the conflict of interest provisions.
