Amends salary schedules for county elected officers in Arizona counties with populations of 500,000 or more and fewer than 500,000 persons, establishing annual salary increases through 2020.

For large counties (500,000+): County attorney salary increases from $123,678 (2016) to $136,046 (2020); other officers including assessor, recorder, superintendent of schools, supervisor, and treasurer increase from $76,600 (2016) to $84,260 (2020); sheriff salary increases from $100,824 (2016) to $110,908 (2020).

For smaller counties (fewer than 500,000): Similar percentage increases applied with lower base salaries; assessor, recorder, superintendent, supervisor, and treasurer increase from $63,800 (2016) to $70,180 (2022); sheriff increases from $100,824 (2016) to $110,908 (2020).

Establishes salary schedule for superior court clerk: in large counties from $76,600 (through 2018) to $84,260 (beginning 2022); in smaller counties from $63,800 (through 2018) to $70,180 (beginning 2022).

Clarifies that salary schedules are subject to future modification and requires the commission on salaries for elective state officers to review the superior court clerk's salary annually.
