Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 13-3301 to expand the definition of "amusement gambling" by replacing references to "money" with "money or other thing of value" in multiple subsections.

Updates subsection (c) of the amusement gambling definition to specify that prizes cannot be offered as a lure to separate players from their money or other thing of value.

Modifies subsection (d)(ii) regarding athletic events to clarify that no person other than players can derive profit from the money or other thing of value paid to gamble.

Changes subsection (d)(iii) regarding intellectual contests to reference money or other thing of value paid to gamble as part of an established purchase price for a product.

Clarifies that the statutory definition applies to all forms of value risked or given in gambling activities, not limited to monetary consideration.
