Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 11-862 regarding advisory boards for building codes adopted by counties.

Changes language requiring "at least members" from each professional category to "a member from each of" the specified categories (architect, engineer, general contractor, public representative, and trade worker).

Clarifies terminology by replacing "the state of Arizona" with "this state" when referring to licensing requirements for architects, engineers, and general contractors.

Maintains the advisory board composition of at least 5 but not more than 7 members with specified professional and public representation.

Allows counties and cities/towns to specify advisory board appointment procedures through intergovernmental agreements under existing code enforcement contracts.
