Proposes amendment to Arizona Constitution Article IV, Part 2, Section 6 to be submitted to voters at the next general election.

Removes legislative privilege from arrest in all cases except treason, felony, and breach of peace.

Eliminates exemption from civil process during legislative sessions and for 15 days before the commencement of each session.

Members of the legislature would no longer have arrest or civil process immunity under the amended constitution.
