Concurrent resolution supporting efforts to prevent adverse childhood experiences (ACEs) in Arizona, including physical/emotional/sexual abuse, neglect, substance abuse, mental illness, incarceration, domestic violence, and family separation.

Notes that 44.4% of Arizona children have experienced two or more ACEs compared to 30.5% nationally, and Arizona ranks in the bottom five states for child well-being.

Highlights that Arizona youth have the highest national rate of suicidal ideation and planning, with 40% of eighth graders and 29% of grades 9-12 reporting bullying on school property.

Endorses "The Guts to Be Good" initiative by Peer Solutions, a youth-led prevention program promoting speaking up, respectfulness, courtesy, honesty, and helping others.

Commits the Legislature to supporting primary prevention strategies and investing in youth-led efforts through legislation developed with input from families, schools, businesses, and community organizations.
