Requests the Secretary of State to return Senate Concurrent Resolution 1018 (52nd Legislature, 1st Regular Session) to the Legislature pursuant to Arizona Revised Statutes section 41-121, subsection A, paragraph 1.

SCR 1018 had been submitted to the Secretary of State for placement of a constitutional amendment on the next general election ballot regarding administration and disposition of state trust land funds.

The general election has not yet occurred and the proposition has not been presented to voters.

The Legislature determined that the subject matter of the proposed constitutional amendment—administration and disposition of monies in state land trust funds—should be addressed through another method rather than constitutional amendment.
