AZ HB2018

Amends the definition of "enclosed, locked facility" for marijuana cultivation to require that the structure have a hardened roof covering, in addition to being enclosed and equipped with locks or security devices.

Clarifies that marijuana plants do not need to be in an enclosed, locked facility if they are being transported due to a qualifying patient or designated caregiver moving residences.

Makes technical corrections to statutory references and definitions in the Arizona Medical Marijuana Act, including correcting paragraph numbering for "nonprofit medical marijuana dispensary" and "nonprofit medical marijuana dispensary agent" definitions.

Requires an affirmative three-fourths vote by both houses of the legislature for this bill to become effective, per Arizona Constitutional requirements.
