Specifies that pupils transferring from non-regionally accredited online instruction or out-of-state schools shall have credits initially classified as elective or core, with the ability to challenge core credit denials through examination.

Requires any examination for credit to be an end-of-course assessment aligned to state academic standards and evaluated by a qualified teacher.

Clarifies that school districts cannot require proof of payment when accepting credits from Arizona online instruction courses taken between May 1 and July 31.
