Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 20-1119 to clarify how insurance contracts are construed based on the entire policy terms, riders, endorsements, and applications.

Specifies that summaries of benefits, illustrations, or other similar explanatory documents provided by insurers do not modify the actual terms of the insurance policy.

Establishes that when an insurer provides a policy translated into a language other than English, the English language version is the binding contract and controls in case of any conflicts with the translated version.
