Amends Arizona law to require corporations, limited liability companies, and labor organizations to register and notify filing officers within one day of making contributions that meet specified thresholds to influence candidate elections.

Establishes contribution thresholds triggering registration: $5,000 or more in statewide races, $2,500 or more in legislative races, and $1,000 or more in local races within a single jurisdiction.

Requires registration to include the entity's name and address, and the name, title, email, and telephone number of the person authorizing the contribution.

Requires each contribution notification to include the contributing entity's information, contribution amount and recipient, candidate name and race, whether support or opposition, and contribution date.

Imposes civil penalties of up to three times the total contributions for failure to register or notify, and classifies knowingly false filings as a class 1 misdemeanor.
