Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 32-2121 to modify exemptions from real estate licensing requirements.

Adds exemption for unlicensed employees of brokers and licensed persons who perform clerical, bookkeeping, accounting, and administrative support duties not requiring a license.

Clarifies that telemarketing services limited to soliciting interest in licensee services or gathering demographic information are exempt from licensing requirements.

Approved by the Governor on March 31, 2017, and filed with the Secretary of State the same day.
