Mandates disclosure if an out-of-state contributor or group of out-of-state contributors is a major funding source to the corporation, limited liability company, or labor organization.

Requires corporations, limited liability companies, and labor organizations making independent expenditures and accepting donations to file campaign finance reports with the filing officer.

Maintains existing exemptions from disclosure requirements for social media messages, text messages, small items like bumper stickers, and certain other communications.
