Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 15-1622 regarding board officers and organization.

Requires the board to select from its membership a president, secretary, and treasurer, with the prohibition that the same person cannot hold both secretary and treasurer positions.

Authorizes the board to require the treasurer to provide an additional bond.

Specifies that a majority of board membership constitutes a quorum for conducting business at regularly called meetings, though fewer than a quorum may adjourn and reconvene.
