Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 13-607 to expand sentencing document requirements to include violations of sections 13-1802 and 13-1805, in addition to felony offenses, domestic violence offenses, and chapter 14 violations.

Requires courts to either permanently affix a defendant's fingerprint to the judgment and sentence document or obtain and record the defendant's two fingerprint biometric-based identifiers in the court case file at time of sentencing.

Mandates that the judgment document or minute order include recitations regarding the defendant's identity, counsel information, offense details, findings of dangerous or repetitive nature, basis of guilt finding, and certification of fingerprint collection.

Establishes that the sentencing document becomes a permanent part of public court records with its recitations serving as prima facie evidence of the stated facts.

Permits courts maintaining electronic records to maintain only an electronic reproduction or image of the original sentencing document or order.
