Prohibits school districts, charter schools, community colleges, and universities from using student activity fees for political speech, political activity, or any political purpose.

Applies to all educational institutions under the jurisdiction of school districts, community college districts, or the Arizona Board of Regents.

Restricts use of student fees specifically charged by these institutions to non-political purposes only.
