AZ HB2119

Requires the Attorney General to notify educational institutions receiving state funding of any violations of state law or the Arizona Constitution by certified mail.

Directs the state treasurer to withhold or demand return of up to 10% of annual state funding if the educational institution fails to resolve the violation within 60 days of notification.

Prohibits return of withheld funds until the educational institution achieves full compliance with state law or the Arizona Constitution.

Permanently withholds an additional 5% of the withheld funds for each 30-day period the institution remains out of compliance, with those funds returned to the state general fund.
