Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 9-418 to change the deadline for annual library trustee reports from the first Monday of July to the second Monday of July each year.

Requires trustees to report to the governing body of the city or town on all property and money received, how it was derived, and how it was used and expended.

Mandates reporting on library inventory including number of books, journals, and other publications on hand, items added during the year, items lost or missing, and items loaned out.

Allows trustees to include any other statistics, information, and suggestions that may be of general interest in their annual report.

Requires the board of trustees secretary to prepare a financial report showing all receipts and disbursements, verified by oath.
