Establishes the Arizona Silver-Haired Legislature as a nonpartisan panel of state citizens age 60 and older, elected by their peers.

Panel duties include identifying social, economic, and political issues affecting state citizens, providing a forum for seniors to discuss policy solutions, and annually submitting recommendations to the governor, senate president, and house speaker.

President of the senate and speaker of the house may present issues to the panel for deliberation.

Panel shall actively seek private funding and corporate sponsorship to support its operations.

Panel terminates on July 1, 2025 pursuant to Arizona Revised Statutes section 41-3103.
