Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 30-108 to modify requirements for the Arizona Power Authority's director position.

Removes the requirement that the director must be a resident of Arizona, while maintaining the requirement that the person be a duly licensed engineer.

Updates pronouns and language throughout the statute from "his" and "its" to "the person's" and "the authority's" for gender-neutral terminology.

Maintains all other qualifications for the director, including active engagement in engineering practice, relevant training and experience, and prohibitions on holding other public offices or conflicting business interests.
