Requires 5% of monies deposited into anti-racketeering revolving funds (both state and county) to be transferred to the state treasurer for deposit in the peace officers' training fund established by section 41-1825.

Remaining 95% of anti-racketeering forfeiture monies shall accrue interest and be distributed to the agency or agencies responsible for seizure or forfeiture within thirty days of application.

Modifies reporting requirements for the attorney general and county attorneys to include the amount of monies transferred to the peace officers' training fund in quarterly reports to the Arizona criminal justice commission.

Applies the 5% transfer requirement to monies deposited pursuant to section 13-4315 in addition to sections 13-2314.01 and 13-2314.03.

Changes statutory language from "caused to be filed" to "file" regarding county attorney and political subdivision reporting obligations.
